reversing light problems 120-130

hi, i am having problems with my reversing lights (122s amazon 1964 sedan). basically no power going to the rear light clusters, so i guess the poblem is either the reverse contact switch or relay. The question is where are they both located, i have just got the car and work away from home so i have little time for mass exploration under the car. i assume the reverse contact is coming off the gear box (which side?), anyway, any help is appreciated. cheers andy
