No power, where to start? 200

Okay, here's the deal. I've been doing a diesel to gas conversion on an '82 245. I've got it all together and I hooked up the battery (after charging it) and I don't have any power inside the car. I've found 12V at the following locations: battery, starter (large wire),alternator and the spade fuse. I've also checked for voltage at the large firewall plug where the inside wire harness meets the engine harness and I have none. To give you a little history on this, I bought a used upgraded engine wiring harness and used an '84 244 inside wiring harness. This project has gone on for 2 years now and although I've tried to be quite meticulous about taking my time(obviously) and trying to make sure everything's right but since so much time has lapsed I'm not sure where to start. And as always, any and all inout will be greatly appreciated. thanks.
