Power Window Problem and Other Electrical Gremlins ... 200 1992

So I still haven't been able to figure out what's making my rear wiper run constantly, so I just unplugged the harness at the motor for the time being... Anyone have any ideas?

But now there are more gremlins. For some reason 3 of my power windows won't operate. Only the front passenger side works. This wouldn't be the end of the world as my A/C runs fine, but the rear passenger window is stuck in the down position. So I need to figure this out asap.

I checked the fuse and it's fine. I checked the wiring of the front driver's window at the hinge and it's solid. Could it be the relay? But why would one work and not the other three?

The car had sat in a hot parking lot all day and when we got in the car the driver's side (front and back) wouldn't work at all, the rear passenger worked long enough to go down and then died, and the front passenger continues to work. All windows were working fine in the morning.

Any ideas? I'd really appreciate anyone's help as I need to deal with this right away.

Thanks to all.
