How hard is it to replace the rear wheel bearing seals? 1983 242DL 200 1983

Hi all,
I was wondering- since I'm changing out the front wheel bearing seals, should I also do the rear wheel bearing seals? I tried looking in my Hanynes book but it saying nothing about the rear seals, just the front. If I do, what kind of grease or oil or whatever would I need? Thanks again all!
