Ball Joints 140-160

I forget which way the notch points, put they are there for alignment. If you wriggle around in a circle, they don't do a circle, they move mostly left & right (relatively to how they are positioned on the car)

I noticed you said '68 too, If you're going to overhaul a front end, I'd get one from a '74. From '70 on, they enlarged the top ball joints, enlarged the tie rods & track bar & improved the lower inner bottom wishbone bushes. All very worth while improvements. The rest of the '68 I prefer. I'm 95% sure that the A & B pillars are thinker in those than '70+ cars.
