1993 245 headlight failure - how do I get at the relay? 200 1993

Hi-

93 240 headlights will not come on.

Parking lights will work, but when I turn the switch all the way to headlamps, parking lights turn off and headlamps do not illuminate.

High beams work when pull stalk and hold.

Can hear relay clicking in dash when try to turn lights on, dash lights work.

I suspect it is the relay or connectors.

I can hear the relay behind the coin tray/ high center vents, but after removing the first two layers of the center console (first layer is the plastic frame that houses all the switches, second layer is the metal frame behind the switches), I still cannot for the life of me figure out how the heck to get behind the coin tray.

I've read that the main headlight relay on 93 is located on rail under AC vent in center dash. How do I get in there?

I don't want to unnecessarily keep on detaching stuff just for the fun of it, I'm probably already going to end up with extra screws, so any advice would be welcome.

Thanks!
