what is normal temperature? 200

Hello All, My 88 wagon has 264k and runs well. I live in NC and use my AC daily. I drive mostly open road and in town traffic not much city or interstate. I do climb 2000 feet over four miles to get to my house. My temperature gauge was reading 3/4 (if it was a gas gauge), close to the red but never entering it. This is after putting in the bypass kit in the dash and swapping sending units. I have installed a Nissens 3 row radiator and a new fan clutch. The gauge is now at 2/3. Is this as cool as it gets in the summer with AC? Or should I expect lower? The water pump, hoses, thermostat and antifreeze are all recent. Thanks.
