brakes lock up intermittenly when hot when driven arond town-Help I'm stuck again! 700 1989

I have a 89' 740 turbo that has intermmitten brake lock up when driven around town after awhile,my friend suspects the booster but we think it might be a mis-adjusted brake pedal rod or the expansion port on the master cylinder is blocked off from debree causing the fluid to self-apply the brakes when the fluid is heated up.We really don't want to buy a $300-$ 400 servo,please give options!If we let the car cool off we can take off again no problem,or if we drive on the freeway the problem doesn't seem to appear as often.Thanks in advance.
