Uneven A/C Vent Temperatures 900

I just bought another 940 (a very nice '95 w/84k miles) -- the A/C was not working. I got it working by re-soldering the infamous bad relay solder joint on the MCC control board. It now blows cold, but the temperature from the center vents runs 10 -20 degrees F warmer than the the air from the side vents (vent temperatures from left to right: 42 - 65 - 60 - 43). I get the same result with or without the recirc button depressed. With the A/C off, the temperature is the same at each vent.

Any suggestions on what to look at?

Thanks.
