945T battery not quite staying charged 900

Our '95 945T does not not keep its battery charged lately.Battery goes dead over 3-5 weeks. The fan and A/C are almost always running in this summer heat.I have measured .3-.4V drop in the alternator output wire-I am sure this is the culprit.I had a similar drop in the alternator ground wire.Tightening and applying dielectric grease to the ends reduced that to .1-.2V which I consider normal. The + cable has not responded to this.I would like to replace the crimped connector on the end but have not found a source for these (or a large enough crimping tool either)-has anybody got a source or any other ideas? What should the current draw be with the engine running,A/C and headlights on?This car (unlike my '94 940T) has DRLs-can't turn off headlights.
