Hi, I have been driving around lately in S mode instead of the rather dull E mode and yes power is on tap and depending on throttle position the engine hangs on to 6500rpm before a change up. When in the town I have watched the rev counter and switched between modes with no effect on revs,the only very obvious thing is that the throttle has become very sensitive. If one was to get used to this do you think it would be the best mode to be in. Tip toeing on the pedal for economy and power on tap for a difficult driving situation you have been put in?
