Headlight relay wiring 200 1991

Art's post and linked photo clears up this mystery very neatly (as often happens here).
I can only add that the HL relay has the White harness plug in his linked photo.

And I guess having a pink wire on the ground side of a relay coil is consistent with that whole ill-concieved shift lock business, which is still pretty much a mystery to me. Especially after seeing this morning, thanks to Art's clue, that the Starter Service Socket (diagram item #113) is now pink-wired and tied into the Shift Lock relay ground and some Ignition switch terminal (number illegible in Bentley diagrams).

Can't see the reason for putting +12V on the ground side of that Shift Lock relay, when trying to "bump" the starter. Unless it's to make sure Shifter stays locked in Park. But there's a lot more there in that "simple" Shift Lock circuit than meets my eye at his point.

Like how could the Headlight switch "pull in" the Shift Lock relay?
