142S 140-160

I'd try to see if the owner would let it go for 3 grand. I have a 142 and typically these cars don't go for anywhere near what 1800s, 122s, and 544s sell for. A quick glance at vintage volvos on Ebay graphically emphasizes the dramatic price difference between 140s&160s and other vintage Swedes. That's not to say they are not great cars because they are. Expect handling to be under par compared to Amazons and the engine to feel a little underpowered if its still the B18. However the lack of rust and super low miles make this a highly desirable vehicle for ANY purpose (daily driver, racer, show). Best of luck!
