V90 styling question S90-V90 1998

I just looked at a '98 V90 to possibly replace our '95 965. All the 1995-97 960 wagons I've seen have a fin/spoiler at the top of the tailgate. The V90 I looked at does not. It looks just like the 940 and earlier 960 type gate.

So... did the V90 discontinue the spoiler, or does this car have a replacement (wrong) tailgate on it?
