Heater/AC blower motor makes sound 900 1995

Hi everybody,
I have Volvo, 960, 1995. I noticed that AC blower motor started to make sound like click-click-click. Sound goes faster if I change setting from 1 to 2, 3, 4, 5. If I turn it off, I can hear how it makes couple of revolutions with the same sound and finally stops.
It is kind of anoying to hear it all the time.

--Does it mean that bearing is broken or something else?
--If I have to replace it, can I do it myself? I have already removed the bottom part of the glove compartment. However, I am not sure what to do next.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
