Setting Trunk Gaps 120-130

Has your car ever been hit in the back?
You can have frame damage which isn't immediately obvious from looking at the outside of the car, but it will affect the alignment of the trunk lid. Such damage may leave a small depression (a wrinkle, actually) on the upper area of the rear fenders as a telltale sign. Also look for abnormal wear on the trunk latch mechanism, caused by misalignment. You could also have a warped trunk lid, if it was salvaged from a damaged car.
