New E-code issue 200 1989

Yesterday the E-code headlight kit arrived from FCP Groton. Installation went smoothly, and the new headlights are great. I'll be ordering another set if I can solve one problem. An issue cropped up this morning. The passenger side turn signal flashes very quickly. Both the marker bulb and the turn signal bulb operate. The ground appears OK. When the emergency flashers are activated, they operate properly and flash at a normal rate. Only the right turn signal flashes rapidly. Can anyone tell me where to start looking?

By the way, it rained hard last night. Could there simply be water in the connector for the turn signal?

Thanks,

Chessy Creek
