Strange Stall 200

I have a 86 240 with 197k miles. I just changed cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. I've owned this car since new. I don't remember exactly when it started doing this but it has been at least 5 years. In the summer the car takes two cranks to start and run. The first crank just barley starts the car and dies instantly. The second crank it starts up and runs great the rest of the day. Then the next morning after it has sat at least 6-12 hours it does it again. The weird thing is that in the winter when it is in the 50's and lower it starts up first crank and is fine.
Any ideas?
