Spark plugs and carburetion 120-130

Good morning Brickboard,

This morning I checked the plugs because I'd been dicking around with the jets trying to resolve an overly rich idle condition. Boy, did I resolve it. ;-)

The front carb is way too lean, easily read on the number one plug. It is the rear two plugs I'm having a difficulty interpreting. Both show a normal burn on one side of the porcelain fading to lean on the side shadowed behind the side electrode. Can someone give me a clue as to what it is I am looking at? Is this a "slightly" lean condition?
