Water pump and Timing Belt this weekend 200

I have the B230F motor...

So I bought the pump, gaskets, seals and timing belt. And I thought I was ready to go but not Im getting second thoughts. First I heard that the timing belt swap was easy. Like a 1.5 hour job for a pro, or a 4 hour job for me. Thats not the scary part. I read that to change those front seals its a 4 hour job which means I might never finish in "Ryan's garage" world. I havent even begun to tell you all how many different write ups are out there about what or what not to use on the water pump gasket...and if it should be sealed on the motor side or pump side.

I did order the big manual for the 240 but its not here yet. I really hope this helps me decide to do it my self or pay 300 bucks to pay someone else.

Can you all reassure me that I will be fine???
