You can do it yourself.
Follow the procedure in the FAQ.
After 12 qt. the fluid will look much better.
After 14 qt. it will be 87.5% new fluid.
After 16 qt. it will be 90.5% new fluid.

If you don't mind the extra cost, you can use Mobil 1 synthetic ATF and get even better results. But the stuff is about $5-6 per quart.
