Seat Cover Sources and recommendations? 700 1991

My leather seat cover on the driver’s side has cracked and split leather on the bottom of the seat. At this point I’m thinking about a couple of options.

1. Order up a set of the covers sold by IPD.
2. Order some sheepskin covers.
3. Order fabric covers from some other vendor

I have read the FAQ on repairing leather seats, but don’t want to go that route.

What have been your experiences with covers and who would you recommend as vendors. The leather seats have nice pockets in the back; I’d kinda hate to cover them up. Any thoughts about that?
