Update. I learned something this week. 120-130

I read plugs wrong for decades myself, before learning better perhaps two years ago.

Oil in the dampers delays the rise of the piston as the throttle is opened, forcing the airflow to increase velocity across the jet, and momentarily richening the mixture. This is how SUs get by without having accelerator pumps. The amount of oil isn't critical as long as you have enough.
