long hitch bolts bending trunk metal? 200

Hello,
I installed an OEM hitch on my 244 a couple weeks ago and upon looking underneath the trunk mat today realized that the two long bolts that go through the trunk and attach to the hitch from below may be bending the area of metal surrounding the bolt heads. I have the long bolts torqued to 32 foot pounds. I'm afraid to go any tighter.
I was going to torque the bolts as was specified by Ken C (130 Nm ⏬ ft./lbs.] for the long bolts and 50 Nm ⎱ ft./lbs.] for the short bolts), but I'm reluctant to do so. What could I be doing wrong? Am I doing my conversions right?
Thanks
