Blower motor success..........??? 200 1993

Replaced the blower motor on saturday.....took all day........
only lost one screw in the ductwork before remembering to stuff rags in the ducts...removed both seats...so I could roll over onto the studs in the floor..
didn't remove the dash....in hindsight, it might have been easier, but if i ever do this again(shoot me)..i might use a variation of Don's chainsaw method..
did it at a friends garage and left a twelve pack of Number Nine at home in the fridge....major mistake....changing a blower motor with no beer on hand is just unnatural.....32 years of navy/coast guard experience still did not provide me with enough swear words for this project.......probably will not follow through
on my threat to travel to sweden to exact revenge on the people responsible for the design of the 240 blower....ibuprofen is my new best friend....the Number nine is gone.......now just have to figure out why the upshift light stays on, even though the OD works fine...probably did something to it putting the gauge cluster back.......oh well........have a good day...............j.
