Bad/no flow from Bendix lower right front nipple... 700 1988

So I was flushing the brakes, did left rear right rear then cracked the lower right front on the bendix caliper, and basically got nothing.

Using a pressure bleeder, tried pumping the brakes, only a little came out, decided to keep going, did the top and then both left front nipples, all were fine.

Later on I pulled the nipple to check it, fluid started leaking out once the nipple was out, the back of the nipple was kind of dirty (inside of nipple was clean), so I cleaned it, there also seemed to be some white gunk in the caliper hole, so picked it out with a pin.

Finally I put the nipple back in, pumped the pressure back up and cracked open the nipple again, it flowed now, but probably not as good as the others.

I originally though with the two lines per caliper it may be separate systems per caliper piston, but when I did get some flow from the lower right, it was bleeding clear, so the caliper must have been flushed from just bleed the top nipple?

Overall, I just want to know if I should be worried here?, I'm going to do a re-bleed tomorrow, but I also put in new front pads, the last thing I need to do is take off down the road and discover I may still have one circuit/line with old fluid still in it, a brake imbalance or something more serious that was a sign of that nipple not wanting to bleed fully???
