Fuel pump problem or not? 200

I have a problem when first driving my 85 wagon after it sits overnite or most of the day. It seems like the first 5 minutes I get intermittent split second power loss. Kinda like the in tank pump is not working properly. Once the car "warms up" I don't experience this problem. This happens no matter how much or how little gas I have in the tank, which I am assuming would rule out any problem with the small hose on the in tank pump rotting and sucking in air. It seems more related to the car being "cold".

I have rotated all fuses in the holders to clean them, I have also pulled the fuel pump relay and resoldered all contact points.

Does anybody have any other suggestions given the symptoms?

Thanks, I think this is going to be a tough one to diagnose
