Engine cutting out problem 200 1989

I checked the fuse and cleaned it up a bit. I dont really like it floping around Im going to fix that. Just to check my vent idea I took the charcoal canister down and ran the test the manual says to and it checks out. But I will remember to try taking the gas cap off again and see what happens. I think Im going to go ahead and replace the RPM/Reference Sensor/speed sensor/whatever you want to call it. Seems like a lot of people have recomended to do that. Im also going to put a tach in so I can better diagnose it if it happens again. Wish me luck.
