Can this be saved :( 200

I just did my water pump and timing belt install. I filled the fluid and I got a constant drip out of that stuipd return line on the left side of the pump. I didnt know how that seal went in there. do you put it in the pump first or do you fit it around the pipe first? whos knows. anyway its leaking. do I have to take the whole thing off again or can I put sealant all over the back of that thing? How much presure is that line?

ps the car started just fine. I guess I got the timing right.

Im having a bad day. I spent 20 hours..(no joke) on this
