Belstein front Shocks 200 1984

I received some belstein heavy duty front shocks, but there were no boots to go with them. Do the boots have a rubber bumper as part of the boot? where can I buy the boots only? Is there a way to convert the boot and bumper that are currently on the car to fit these shocks? The tube on the HD Belsteins are much larger than the standard shocks, so I would have to enlarge the hole in the rubber bumper to allow it to slip over the tube and fit similar to how the fit on the standard shocks. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thank You for the help.
