B234 into '71 145s 140-160 1971

A friend and I have decided to update my 145s. I had previously completely stripped the car down and we are finishing up the body.

Now, instead of a rebuilt b20, we're thinking about a B234 (16v dohc head), same b230.
He has said that some of the conversions he's seen have had the b23 and b230 positioned w/ the head straight up like the b18/b20's, using the b20 oil pan and oil pump and relocating the dohc distributor back to the front right on the block.

We're going to ditch all the electronics and run a carburated naturally aspirated engine.

Have any of you done this conversion, and if so, do you have tips/advice?

Of course, with some body modifications anything can be done, but we're looking to see how it's been done before w/ as little mods as possible past the mounts, trans tunnel.

I'm familiar w/ the b20's and know all about the car in it's stock form, but this is past what I've decided to do in the past, at least w/ the 140's.
