Now a much faster Brick 140-160

Hi all,
A couple of months ago I got a VPD street performance II motor in my 142.
I figured I'd drive it a bunch before reporting on it.
The car is my daily driver, I do about 110 miles a day. It is much faster by quite a bunch, it pulls real hard above 3,000/3,500 and revs willingly up to 6,000. low end drivability is fine and my mpg has increased except if I am "on it" ...which is often.
My old motor would not have any power above 4,000 and was VERY noisy up near there. I was getting at very best 24.5 mpg driving carefully. The car could break 80 on a long straight. Now, 24.5 mpg when driving hard, 28 or so being carefull, easily will do 90 and keep pulling, ( I don't go much above that though the car would) and again a lot of power where the old one was just making noise.
It was expensive and took a long time but I think it was worth it.
Figured I'd let ya' all know.
