'thunk' on takeoff 120-130

Now that I've fixed most of the other issues on my 68 122 sedan (front end clunk, carb balance, an ant colony in the turn signal cover, etc) I've been noticing a "thunk" when I accelerate from a stop. I've already been under the car looking for thunks and clunks that were eventually traced to my right front suspension. I tried to rattle my driveshaft and found no play that would suggest bad U-joints.

Sooo... unless I checked wrong, I think the U-joints are good, but I do wonder what else under there could be making a thunk when set off in the car.

Any ideas where I should be looking and any quick tests I should try to narrow the list of potential sources?

Thanks as always for any help or suggestions.
