AAAH! 240 desire strikes again. I think I got a good deal though. 200 1985

I had so much fun getting the 80 wagon that had been parked up and running again, that I've been daily cruising craigslist etc. for other negelected 240s. I found one and bought it. Really nice body (grey-blue) and interior (blue cloth), Stick, runs tight and smooth. Starts right up. No rust. It has over 200K, needs a water pump gasket, and will need an AC charge (which means conversion), but it was only $400. Will someone please convince me that the 200K is nothing? I bought it from the original owner. Hmm, maybe I dont need convincing. I think it's a find.

Does this have a B23 or B21 engine? How different are they? Any quirks or issues I should look into on this car?
