Replacing headlight lens S90-V90

Removal of the front bumper is astoundingly easy.

It does take two people to R&R the unit.

You will have to remove the front air guide underneath as it is attached to the bottom of the air dam on the bumper assy.

Remove the top airguide (plastic screws rotate 90°; careful with that aged plastic) and the grille (squeeze and pull out metal clips at top & lift grille out upwards).

There are also a couple of electrical connectors to be disconnected underneath the bumper assy for the foglights and a headlamp washer fluid tube or two to be disconnected.

There are three flange bolts on each side at the plate on the end of the hydraulic supports that the bumper is attached to. Remove the 6 bolts and get one person on each side of the car and slide the bumper assy forward.

After removal of the bumper assy, all will be easily accessible for the headlights.

When replacing the lens, gently clean the reflector with weak detergent solution and a soft brush like a fine artist paint brush. Try not to touch the reflector and certainly don't rub it with a cloth. Just get any crud/debris off and blow it off to dry it.
