What should I look for on a B230FT with 140K on it? 700 1991

I've found one for my mom to buy, and I want to know how to check it out properly. The carfax shows one owner and the maintenece book is stamped to 80K.
The oil change sticker shows semi synth, but the oil is a little low and BLACK.
No smoke on startup. looks and drives real nice. There IS a wire harness for what looks like pulling something...Dont like that.
I'm familiar with the B230F but not the turbo version. So tell me what you think! Thanks alot BB!
