I had that problem for a while. I DID e-mail Jarrod about it and for some reason
did not get an answer either although he usually does answer my e-mails.
I'm not sure if it was indeed the brickboard or if it was the new firewall I installed. But it DID disappear when I set the firewall NOT to enable web filtering. The purveyors of the firewall software told me that this did not put me in danger. I did enable IE's popup killer, which resulted in a bit of inconvenience on some websites.
