pros and cons of wheel choice? and general handling questions

i saw these at ipd:

What are the pros and cons of wheels like this?

What should i look for in rims? Like what number combinations do what?

Are there low profile options out there? Or will those just fall off the rims if i install larger anti sway bars?

I've got the bilstein HD shocks for the rear, and have not installed them yet but not new springs, should i go with new springs too to avoid wrecking the new shocks?

I don't care much for acceleration, I want handling.

I'll put shocks directly on the driver seat if i have to.
