Tailgate Latch needs replacing, Where to acquire 200 1991

What are my options for locating one, or is this a dealer only part?

There are no 245's in the local junk yards right now.

My latch stopped working this week.
After much slipping wrenches and scraped fingers, I was able to remove it from the tailgate.
It is rusted on the one side and the spring broke, the nylon? sleeves are in pretty bad shape.
The spring is what makes the lock reset, so it will not lock.
With the condition of the lock I would like to replace if possible.

White 245 241,000 Miles (put 2,400 on in the last 2 weeks, all for work)
