Ball joint stuck in control arm... really stuck. 700 1989

I served an eviction notice to my passenger side ball joint on Friday evening. He left without incident in less than 5 min once I broke out the pickle fork. When I then tried to evict his neighbor on the driver's side, I met with heavy resistance. After more than 24hrs. of soaking in P'Blaster and all sorts of banging, wedging, changing angles, bludgeoning and threats, he still won't leave. I even tried to break the corrosion by twisting the protruding threaded section with a pipe wrench. You can guess what happened; the threaded section snapped off.

I don't have an air hammer - is it time to borrow one? Has anybody had good luck with that CRC Freeze-Off penetrant and rust breaker? Any tips that might make it pop out? Thanks...
