Another timing belt change question 200

Hi,

I'm doing the timing belt on my '90 240 as well. It has over 100,000 on the clock so I'm going to change the tensioner and all three oil seals as well. I have the crank hold tool, #9995284 on order. I have two questions.

1. I can hold the crankshaft still with the new tool, but how do you hold the camshaft and intermediate shafts still when torqueing their bolts after putting the belt sprockets back on? Use the old belt?

2. I do not have the Volvo tools to force the new seals in. I was going to carefully use a piece of pipe or pipe junction, a block of wood and a hammer. Does anyone have any suggestions of what diameter pipe for what seal? Any other seal installation ideas?

Thank you,

Mark
