Repeat cam seal leaks B230FT (long)

Now on my 3rd one (maybe the 3rd time is the charm?)

Background: Total miles 471,000 (1st seal went over 325,000)-shaft not grooved, polished w/400 grit, Elring/Victor seal, oil trap cleaned last month,"jiggle" test indicates good idle vacuum in crankcase, both previous seals look like new, very low oil consumption (only down 1/8" after 1,800 mi) no real loss of oil just making a mess.

Thinking maybe the front cam journal has worn enough to "flood" the seal?

Also this appeared shortly after cleaning the oil trap, wondering if the oil trap drain hose could have fractured. (believe that might prevent the oil trap from draining as designed?)

Also I drilled a hole in the top of the #1 cam bearing cap (3rd time) to vent any trapped crankcase pressure above the seal.

I searched this and found this condition has happened to more than a few others, also did not find any consistent solution.

Anyone know of a PTFE (Teflon) seal for this?
