740 Turbo Wagon has a split second dead miss about every 100 to 200 miles 700

My 740T has 115,000 miles and in excellent condition and runs great, but without notice you will have the engine to stop for a split second..... When this happens you feel a sudden power flux with the RPM drop and then it picks back up to normal speed... You never know when this might happen and it can go as long as 100 to 200 miles.. Then it could happen 2 or 3 times together...???
Just don't know... puzzeled. It has new plugs... JB
