PCV system....Valve or no valve 200 1991

91 B230. Is there an actual PCV valve in this system? Would it be hiding in the tube underneath the Flame trap. I remove my flame trap regularily but never really looked at what I am pushing the black tee fitting onto. Is there an actual valve present like a check valve style? never really thought about checking and my Haynes manual is not the best.
