Rough running/poor idle Help Needed! 200 1989

Time for some advice from the brickboard! My 1989 240 decided to start an intermittent running issue while 500 miles from home. While driving around 75 mph it would loose power for a few seconds and then pick back up. This happened several times. In town, the idle will occasionally be bad with poor acceleration. If you put it in neutral and hit the gas, it will rev ok. Some times, it will idle poor and then just start running fine. I have changed the AMM with a good one and changed the power stage, both with no changes. My best guess is a vacuum leak but all the hoses and vac lines have been changed in the last year as well as intake gasket and TB gasket. When the accelerator is pressed, I think I hear a vacuum sound in the dash area. Possible leak under the dash with the vent system? I'll plug the line to the vent system to see if there is a change. I'll get some carb cleaner to spray on lines/gaskets, but any other suggestions? Any good Volvo mechanics in the Decatur, AL area? Thank!
Aaron
