89' 240 (upper radio) wiring question 200

Ive done some searching on here and thought I knew what wires were what but I couldnt get my new radio to work. I was wondering if the info I found might have been based on the lower unit or maybe an amp or something.

I dont care what speaker wires are involved. I just need to know the colors of the 3 main power wires. This is what I found online...

Black = ground
green = constant power
Blue wire that changes to a yellow black wire ( cant really find this one) = ignition.

I hooked the green wire to my power wire And black to the ground. My cd player made a noise like the cd motor was doing something so I thought I had power but the display didn’t show. So I tried hooking up the ignition wire and nothing. Then two wires touched and I blew a fuse. I replaced the number one fuse and now I cant get it to make that cd noise again. Is there another fuse I need to replace? And do I need to fix what wires that I think are what they are. Its funny that I cant do one project without all your help.

Thank you all very much!!!
