Available brand new from www.scandcar.com in Denmark. Being small, shipping cost will be very low. And they will give you either the genuine item or exact replica. My BW35 steering colomb shifter has a plastic bush just before getting to the transmission, without it the pivot arm falls off if you place the transmission in reverse. Scandinavian Cars has even those in stock.

Someone already said it is available from Volvo, but for future reference go to www.gcp.se for genuine Volvo parts. Find the part number and order it from your Volvo dealer, GCP lists all the classic parts that are still available.
