More CR-2170 Install Questions 200 1984

I recently purchased another CR-2170 to replace my existing deck though the plastic plugs appear to have been cut off so all I'm left with is a bunch of loose wires coming from the back. How much work would be involved in getting new plugs wired up and would a novice be able to do it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
