Which head to use? 1800

I've got a valve recession problem in my 68 1800s & had to pull the head off for repair. I wonder whether I could replace it with a b20f or b20b head[I've got 1 of each]with bigger valves & maybe better flow or rebuild the b18 head I've got. I'd like to retain the decent fuel economy & power that I've got now, but a switch to cheaper fuel with the lower compression head would also save cash. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Mike M.
