How can you tell if parts sold online are 'Volvo' parts?

If you get it from a Volvo dealer it is OEM. If not it is aftermarket. I have had good success with many aftermarket Volvo parts from both FCP and IPD with one notable exception. The God blessed, in tank or primer fuel pump. I bought one from FCP groton, was an A/C Delco. It failed within 3 weeks. They sent me out another, it too failed inside a month. I bought a real Volvo, OEM, "Blue box" unit from the local Volvo dealer for $140(vs 35 atFCP) and it is now on month two and going strong. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Although I like IPD's bushings better than OE...
